Simon
Erblich, Founder
Mr. Erblich began his career in 1987 as a financial analyst
profiling and identifying target acquisition properties for a
California based real estate investment firm. In 1989, Mr.
Erblich joined New York Life as an assistant fund manager with
assets under management in excess of $200 million. During his
tenure with New York Life the fund achieved the highest
returns in its 8 year history. In 1991, Mr. Erblich founded
First Line Capital, LLC focusing on deal architecture of debt
and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, implementing
public strategies and various other investment banking
activities. As a respected authority in his field, Mr. Erblich
is regularly invited to speak at industry related events and
conventions internationally. Mr. Erblich acts as an advisor to
several non-profit organizations and currently serves as an
Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council on behalf
of the National Republican Congressional Committee.

Daniel Hirsch
Mr. Daniel Hirsch joined First Line Capital as a partner in
2001. Since joining the firm, Mr. Hirsch has focused his
efforts on assisting foreign and domestic companies to achieve
their corporate goals via comprehensive public strategies
including direct public offerings and reverse mergers.
Specifically, Dan has been instrumental in guiding several
companies specializing in an array of industries to gain
status on the NASDAQ exchange. Recently, Mr. Hirsch has been
heavily involved with aiding Chinese companies involved in
on-line payment platforms, silk worm farming, on-line media
and food exports to access the capital markets in the United
States.
After receiving his Masters degree
in 1990, Mr. Hirsch served as a research analyst for a $500+
million dollar healthcare organization. During his tenure
there, Dan was instrumental in the development and completion
of over $110,000,000 in expansion activities. In 1998, Mr.
Hirsch joined IHC, LLC as a corporate turn-around specialist.
Dealing exclusively with multi million dollar entities, Dan
consistently improved the profit margins, cash positions and
overall corporate viability. |
