First Line Capital welcomes submissions from companies who wish to apply for inclusion into our portfolio.
First Line Capital implements a comprehensive public strategy for all its portfolio companies (see Activities page). All hard costs related to going public are deferred until the closing of the public offering and the company is listed. First Line Capital receives equity consideration for all services provided.
Criteria
Prospects must have patented technologies in one of the following areas;
- Software - Hardware - Nano-Tech - Green-Tech
- Bio-Tech - Medical Device - Drug Delivery System - Drug
*Revenues are not required.
All submissions will be evaluated primarily based on the quality of their technologies and patents.
